Privacy policy

ED Rush 3D is built to collect as little as possible. There are no accounts, no ads, and no analytics or tracking scripts.

What stays in your browser

Your license key and the device activation ID that Lemon Squeezy assigns.
Your settings: character, sound, graphics, and custom order sets.

This data is stored with your browser's local storage on your device. Clearing your browser data removes it. You can sign out of a device from the title screen, which also frees that activation.

What our server receives

License checks. When you unlock the game, your license key, the activation ID, and a short device label (for example "Mac (Safari)") are sent to Lemon Squeezy to confirm the purchase and count activations. We do not store your key on our server.
Gameplay requests. While you play, the game asks our server for patient cases, results, and scoring. These requests contain game data only (orders placed, scores) and are not linked to your name or email. We do not keep them after the response is sent.
Network data. The game runs on Cloudflare. Like any website, Cloudflare sees your IP address and basic request details. We use the IP address only for security and rate limiting.

Payments

Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy as the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy collects your name, email, and payment details under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your card number. We receive your order details (such as email and license key) so we can provide support.

Children

ED Rush 3D is intended for adults, including healthcare students and clinicians, and is not directed to children under 13.

Educational use only

ED Rush 3D is a game for education and entertainment. The patients and cases are fictional and simplified. Nothing in the game is medical advice, and it is not a substitute for clinical judgment, institutional protocols, or current medical references. Do not use it to make decisions about real patients.

Your license

A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to play the full game.
Each key can be active on a limited number of devices at once. Sign out on one device to use another.
Do not share, resell, or publish license keys, and do not copy, scrape, or redistribute the game's cases or content.
Keys that are shared or abused may be disabled.

Early access

The game is in early access and changes often. Features may be added, changed, or removed. It is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law.
